LOCAL PICKUP – SOUTH AUSTRALIA ONLY

 

We offer Local Pickup for our customers based in South Australia. Simply select ‘Local Pickup’ as your Shipping option during Checkout. We are based in Clovelly Park SA 5042 which is approx. 9kms / 15 minutes from Adelaide CBD. Once we see your order come through, we’ll contact you via text message (or email) to arrange a suitable day and time for you to collect your order.

We use Sendle, a reliable Door-to-Door parcel delivery service that can deliver to any Residential or Business address in Australia (excluding PO Boxes, Locked or Private Mailbags, Parcel Lockers and Remote Islands). Sendle uses a network of ‘Carrier Services’ to deliver parcels Australia-wide including DHL, Fastway Couriers and Couriers Please.

 

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, all parcels shipped via Sendle include ‘Signature on Delivery’ and ‘Parcel Tracking’ free of charge. You can track your parcel here https://try.sendle.com/tracking.

 

What happens if I’m not home when my parcel is delivered?

For peace of mind for both our customers and our business – we always tick ‘Signature on Delivery’ for every parcel we ship through Sendle (excluding 500g Satchels). This ensures your parcel won’t be left unattended when you’re not present for delivery. Please Note: All parcels 500g or smaller sent via Sendle are automatically marked as “Authority to Leave” and do not include Signature on Delivery.

 

Where can I pick up my parcel if I’ve missed a delivery?

We use Officeworks Mailman, a reliable parcel delivery service that can deliver to any Residential or Business address in Australia (excluding PO Boxes, Locked or Private Mailbags, Parcel Lockers and Remote Islands). Officeworks Mailman use Fastway Couriers as their primary ‘Carrier Service’ to deliver their parcels Australia-wide.

 

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, all parcels shipped via Officeworks Mailman include ‘Signature on Delivery’ and ‘Parcel Tracking’ free of charge. You can track your parcel here www.officeworks.com.au/mailman.

 

What happens if I’m not home when my parcel is delivered?

Where can I pick up my parcel if I’ve missed a delivery?

If you’re not home when your parcel is delivered the courier will leave a ‘Delivery Card’ notifying you of their attempted delivery, with information of your parcel location. Depending on your delivery location within Australia (Major City, Inner Regional, Outer Regional, Remote) your parcel will be available for collection from either your local Officeworks Store, Post Office or Courier Depot.

 

Tracking information shows my parcel has been delivered to the wrong address?

If your delivery address within Australia is based in an Inner Regional, Outer Regional or Remote area, this is normal. This is known as ‘Freight Onforwarding’ and typically happens when Fastway Couriers (who are the ‘Carrier Network’ for Officeworks Mailman) don’t service your local area.

 

So, what happens now with my parcel? Is it safe and how will I receive it?

Yes, your parcel is safe and on its way to you – but first it has been delivered to a ‘Fastway Parcel Depot’ (these are typically located in Australian Cities and Major Regional Centres). Your parcel will now be automatically consigned to a smaller ‘Courier Network’ (who service your local area) and they are the party who have ‘Signed’ for your parcel as they’ve picked it up and are in the process of delivering it to your address.

 

How long until my order is shipped?
