Why is your full address not listed online?
As we are a small business (operating from a residential premises) it’s important we are available when a customer arrives to pick up their order. That’s why we only accept purchases through our online store and all order pickups are by appointment only. Not only is this a safer and more efficient process, it provides us with the time necessary to prepare your order.
Do you have a Retail Store?
To keep our overheads low (and offer better value for our customers) we advertise our products via social media and marketplaces and only sell our products online via www.jdmpcsales.com.au. As we do not have a retail store, we cannot offer customers the option to view items ‘in person’ prior to purchase. If you would like further information about our products, you’re welcome to contact us.

Can I pay with cash?
No, we have been operating as a cashless business since COVID-19. Our online store accepts the following electronic payment options – PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Mastercard and VISA.
Why do I need to register a customer account?
This allows us to contact you for any follow-up questions related to your order and enables quicker transactions in the future. Most importantly this enables shipping tracking and the ability to view your order history and print past invoices.
Do you offer AfterPay or ZipPay?
As our business specialises in pre-owned products, we do not currently meet the eligibility criteria for these two “Buy Now, Pay Later” (BNPL) services.
Do you offer PayPal Pay in 4?

Do you offer Shop Pay Installments?
Whilst this BNPL service from Shopify recently launched in America – it has not been released in Australia. Once Shopify offers this payment option locally, we will make this available to our customers.
Are your products new or used?
Most of the products we sell are ‘pre-owned’ as that is our speciality. All computer related items on our website have a ‘product condition’ drop-down box that will show whether they are ‘new’ or ‘used’. All of our pre-owned computers and parts have been cleaned and tested (prior to advertisement) to ensure they are in good physical and working condition.
Do your pre-owned Computers and Parts come with a Guarantee?

Do your Computers also include a Monitor / Peripherals / WiFi?
No, unless these items have been clearly written in the ad, they are not included. We do however sell Monitors, Gaming Peripherals and WiFi USB adapters separately.
Can I pick up an order in person?
Yes, we offer *FREE ADELAIDE PICKUP* for our customers based in South Australia ($49 min order).
When can I pick up my order?
After we have seen your order come through (during business hours), we will text you to arrange a day and time for pickup. All order pickups are by appointment only and we are typically available most evenings (Mon-Fri) and afternoons (Sat).
Do you offer National Shipping?
Yes, we offer *$15 FLAT-RATE SHIPPING* Australia wide ($49 min order).
Do you offer Express Shipping?
No, as we don’t ship parcels via Australia Post. Instead, we use a courier delivery service called Sendle. We have found Sendle to be more reliable, offer better delivery timeframes and provide more accurate parcel tracking for our customers.
Why am I receiving an error when trying to purchase an item on your store?
If you received the error “This order can’t be shipped to your location” under the Shipping Method section during Checkout – this means that your total cart value is below $49. Due to the increasing ‘cost of doing business’ we have enabled a $49 minimum order value for both Local Pickup and Flat-Rate Shipping to prevent low value orders from being made.
Do you also sell non-computer related products?
Yes, we have recently established a micro business called ‘JDM Collectables’ that specialises in Japanese Domestic Market car accessories, books, dealer brochures, factory manuals, magazines, memorabilia and more!
Why are these products for sale on the same store as JDM PC Sales?
Aside from keeping in theme with our ‘JDM’ branding, the primary reason is to keep our overheads low and for the sake of ‘business simplicity’. All of our car related products have their own categories on our website which are separate from computer related items and easy to identify.
