Can I pay with cash?

No, we operate a cashless business and only accept PayPal, VISA and Mastercard.

 

Can I pay for / view your products in person?

No, we only accept purchases through our online store and order pickups by appointment only.

 

Why do I need to register a customer account?

This allows us to contact you for any follow-up questions related to your order and enables quicker transactions in the future. Most importantly this enables shipping tracking and the ability to view your order history and reprint or email past invoices.

 

Do you offer AfterPay, ZipPay or Laybuy?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer these payment options as we specialise in pre-owned products.

 

Are your products new or used?

Most of the products we sell are ‘pre-owned’ as that is our speciality. Most items on our website have a ‘product condition’ drop-down box that will show whether the item is ‘new’ or ‘used’. All pre-owned computer hardware products we advertise have been cleaned and tested prior to sale to confirm they work correctly.

 

Do your used Computers / Parts come with a Guarantee?

Do your Gaming PC’s also come with a Monitor / Peripherals / WiFi included?

No, unless it’s written in the ad, it’s not included. We do however sell Monitors, Gaming Peripherals and WiFi USB separately.

 

Can I pick up an order in person?

Yes, we offer *FREE ADELAIDE PICKUP* for our customers based in South Australia ($49 min spend).

 

When can I pick up my order?

Once we see your order come through, we will text you to arrange a day/time for pickup. All order pickups are by appointment only and we are typically available most evenings (Mon-Fri) and afternoons (Sat).

 

Do you offer National Shipping?

Yes, we offer *$15 FLAT-RATE SHIPPING* Australia wide ($49 min spend).

 

Do you offer Express Shipping?

No, as we don’t send parcels via Australia Post. Instead, we use a courier delivery service called Sendle. We have found Sendle to be more reliable, offer better delivery timeframes and provide more accurate parcel tracking for our customers.

Yes, we have recently established a small business called ‘JDM Collectables’ that specialises in Japanese Domestic Market Car Accessories, Books, Dealer Brochures, Factory Manuals, Magazines, Memorabilia and more!

 

Why are these products for sale on the same store as JDM PC Sales?

Aside from keeping in theme with our ‘JDM’ branding, the primary reason is to keep our overheads low and for the sake of ‘business simplicity’. All of our car related products have their own categories on our website which are separate from computer related products and easy to identify.
