No, we operate a Cashless Business and only accept PayPal, VISA and Mastercard. Not only can cash spread disease, there’s also the risk of receiving damaged or counterfeit notes.
Can I pay for / view your products in person?
No, for both our peace of mind, we only deal with customers who have registered an account, purchased and paid for items upfront.
Why do I need to register a customer account?
This allows us to contact you for any follow-up questions related to your order and enables quicker transactions in the future. Most importantly this enables shipping tracking and the ability to view your order history and reprint or email past invoices.
Do you offer AfterPay, ZipPay or Laybuy?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer these payment options as we specialise in pre-owned products.
Are your products new or used?
Most of the products we sell are ‘pre-owned’ as that is our speciality. All items listed on our website have a ‘Product Condition’ drop-down box that will show whether the item is ‘new’ or ‘used’. All of our used products have been cleaned and tested prior to sale to confirm they work correctly.

You’re welcome to Google the *Product name* + “launch date” (eg: GTX 780 launch date) to find out, however this info is not that useful when buying used computer hardware… what DOES matter is the *Price to Performance* ratio offered. Please let us know the Apps or Games you’re wanting to run and we will confirm whether this hardware is compatible and suitable for your needs.
How many FPS will this ________ Gaming PC get?
The quickest way to find out is to YouTube the *Game name* + *Graphics Card* model (eg: Warzone GTX 970) for a rough idea. Most importantly, which Resolution will you be playing at? Will it be 720p (1280 x 720), 1080p (1920 x 1080), 1440p (2560 x 1440) or 4K (3840 x 2160). Secondly, which in-game Quality Settings will you be using? Low, Medium, High or Ultra? All this (plus more) determines the FPS you will get.
Does this Gaming PC come with ________ as well?
No, unless it’s written in the ad, it’s not included. We do however sell Monitors, Gaming Peripherals and WiFi USB separately.
Can I pick up an order in person?
Yes, we offer *FREE LOCAL PICKUP* for our customers based in Adelaide (minimum order value $49)
When can I pick up my order?
Once you make a purchase (and we have a chance to see your order come through) we will text you to arrange a day/time for pickup. All order pickups are by appointment only and typically available for pickup most evenings (weekdays) and afternoons (weekends).
Do you offer National Shipping?
Yes, we offer *$15 FLAT-RATE SHIPPING* to all States, Cities and most Towns within Australia.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
No, as we don’t send parcels via Australia Post. Instead we use a Courier Delivery Service called Sendle. We have found Sendle to be more reliable, offer better delivery timeframes and provide more accurate parcel tracking for our customers.
Do you also sell non-computer related products?
Yes, we have recently established a small business called ‘JDM Collectables’ that specialises in Japanese Domestic Market Car Accessories, Diecast Collectables, Books, Dealer Brochures, Factory Manuals, Magazines, Memorabilia, Parts Catalogues, Retro Vintage Clothing... and more!
Why are these products for sale on the same store as JDM PC Sales?
Aside from keeping in theme with our ‘JDM’ branding, the primary reason is to keep our overheads low and for the sake of ‘business simplicity’. All of our car related products have their own categories on our website which are separate from computer related products and easy to identify.
